Pella, Iowa. Join us for a series of fun and informative presentations by Ana Cobzac, an exchange student from Moldova. Cobzac will teach about the amazing history, traditions, customs and language of her native Moldova. Sessions will be held at the Pella Public Library on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 beginning November 15.
Moldova is a country between Romania and Ukraine. The native language is Romanian.
“The first step in learning about Moldova is to learn its basic language,” says Cobzac. “So, I invite everyone who wants to expand his horizons and learn a new language to attend my Romanian Language Course at the Pella Public Library.”
Cobzac attends Pella High School and is a senior this year. She will be in the United States for one year and her goal is to share her culture and to learn about American culture.
