RECIPE OF THE WEEK

Breakfast Casserole

8 slices cubed bread
3/4 lb grated cheddar cheese
2 lbs link sausage or 2 C ham. (Brown and drain sausage.)
4 eggs
2 1/4 C milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 C milk

Place bread i large baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Add cooled, diced sausage. Mix eggs, milk and mustard and pour over misture. Refrigerate overnight. Mix 1 can soup with 1/2 C milk and pour over all.

Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
May garnish with mushrooms 15 minutes before done if desired.
