Pella Senior Meal Programs

On the 2nd floor of the Community Center is a kitchen and dining room. Monday through Friday senior citizens of the Pella area meet here for dinner at 11:30 a.m. Many seniors come early for a variety of activities and speakers that are available at 11:00 a.m. Any person over the age of 60 is welcome to join the seniors for a nutritious meal. There is a small donation requested for the meal. For  reservations or more information please call the site manager at 628-4273.

The Home Delivered Meals program is coordinated through the Senior Meal site. Meals are delivered by volunteers who work through the Pella churches.

The dining room is available for rent from the Tulip City Golden Agers. The cost is $30.00 for the first two hours and $6.00 for each additional hour after that. The lounge on the 2nd floor is also available for rent. The cost is $6.00 per hour with a maximum of $25.00. To rent either of these facilities contact Stella Meulpolder at 628-2350.
