City Council proceedings may be viewed on Channel 11 at 1 p.m. on the Wed. and Fri. following the Council meeting and the following Mon. at 7 p.m. except during Central College's football season.
MARION COUNTY CENSUS INFORMATION
The county was named for Revolutionary War Gen. Francis Marion. Marion County is one of 99 counties in Iowa. The estimated population in 2004 was 32,766. This was an increase of 2.23% from the 2000 census.
